Synopsis: In a world where business cases and evidencing are crucial, the benefits of timetable modelling are becoming increasingly important in supporting key University strategies. Whether it be in support of estate or curriculum strategies, timetable modelling can be crucial in helping to deliver both quantitative and qualitative outcomes. Edinburgh has experienced near exponential growth in demand for this service, so this presentation tells the story of the past, present and future of modelling and the pivotal role the Timetabling Unit plays in helping to ensure all is well within Camelot!
